We’re here to help you win business—nothing else!
Our clients want real results—winning listings and attracting new landlords. That’s why we create marketing tools designed to drive business growth, not just empty engagement. Everything we produce is crafted from your prospects’ perspective. We ask ourselves, “Would this motivate me to choose this agency?” If it doesn’t pass that test, it doesn’t make the cut.

27 years of helping his clients win new business
Ken has worked in both the sales, marketing and creative side of business. He established Newsletter House 27 years ago, owners of Property News, with the full understanding of how modern day marketing techniques could help business people sell more products or services in a competitive environment.
The first magazine Ken published was in 1991, it was titled "Getting Ready - a Woman's guide to looking good". The list of advertisers included: Colgate, Johnson+Johnson, Holiday Inn Hotels, Payot, Elizabeth Arden, Juvena of Switzerland, Sunsilk, Playtex, etc.
Ken has been involved in various other media publications, including stand alone magazines published for St. George Bank, the NSW Roads and Traffic Authority and CGU Insurance. Ken loves the day to day hands on role of being a broadcaster, journalist, copywriter and is often found strategising new campaigns for clients.
Ken developed and wrote a one day sales training workshop that teaches fundamental strategies when selling in the business-to-business sector. Due to the success of this sales training program, companies like Ricoh, Tozer Air Conditioning, Bulbeck Environmental Solutions and Dexion to name a few have each taken up the opportunity of having Ken and his team develop their own personalised newsletter marketing program.
