Ken Robinson
CEO, Publisher and Trainer
Cert IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40110)
?Ken has spent his entire career working within the media. A graduate of the Australian, Film, Television and Radio School he was trained at both News Limited and Fairfax media groups.
Ken is also a sales specialist and has presented numerous sales training workshops for many corporate organisations and the real estate industry.
Ken has worked on both sides of the business, both sales and creative and established Newsletter House 14 years ago with the full understanding of how modern day marketing techniques could help business people sell more products or services in a competitive environment. This approach has proven correct, as large corporations are seeking better ways to improve revenue streams as the old methods of selling are falling short of their sales targets.
The first magazine Ken published was in 1991, it was titled "Getting Ready - a Woman's guide to looking good". The list of advertisers included: Colgate toothpaste, Johnson+Johnson, Holiday Inn hotels, Payot, Elizabeth Arden, Juvena of Switzerland, Sunsilk, Playtex, etc.
Ken has been involved in various other media publications, including stand alone magazines published for St. George Bank, the NSW Roads and Traffic Authority and CGU Insurance. Ken loves the day to day hands on role of being a copywriter and is often found strategising new campaigns for clients.
In the last four months, having been asked by clients, Ken developed and wrote a one day sales training workshop that teaches fundamental strategies when selling in the business-to-business sector. Due to the success of this sales training program, companies like Ricoh, Tozer Air Conditioning, Bulbeck Environmental Solutions and Dexion to name a few have each taken up the opportunity of having Ken and his team develop their own personalised newsletter marketing program.
Recently several of his real estate clients asked him to develop a program to help agencies grow their Property Management portfolios. Due to the success of that program LJ Hooker recommend and promote that workshop to all of their offices throughout Australia.?

WEB SERVICES
Our expertise is equally in demand for web communications audits wherein we return to the original written words that all too often become collateral damage after the graphics and IT people have finished. We put the zing and sales message back into those words and then go on to look at the support features such as white papers.
CORPORATE NEWSLETTERS
Quite apart from our powerful marketing oriented newsletters, we have the expertise to produce traditional corporate newsletters designed for the widest possible readership from staff to clients and networking associates.
